A cooking enthusiast, a devoted mother of two, and a seasoned chef with over 30 years of experience in the food industry. Her passion for food, family, and friends has led her to establish the charming Henley's Wine Bar & Kitchen.

After working in Melbourne for 18 years, Sommer-Lee decided to return to her roots in North East Victoria. She now calls Milawa her home, residing not far from her cherished creation, Henley’s Wine Bar & Kitchen, nestled in the heart of Milawa 4-Corners.

Her culinary style is a delightful blend of passion, innovation, and attention to detail. She believes that food has the power to bring people together and create memorable moments, making it the centrepiece of her establishment.
